Richard Rickman Rapp, age 70 of Harrison Township, passed away August 19, 2014. Founder of Lakepointe Excavating established in 1978.
Survived by his loving wife, Nancy (Hoad); sons, Richard Jr. (Susan) and Kevin; grandchildren, John, Benjamin, Connor, and Keegan; siblings, Barbara (Jack) Whyatt,and Robert (Yvonne). Richard is preceded in death by his parents, George and Ellen Irene; and brother, George.
