Richard Raymond Grega, age 79 of Macomb, passed away January 5, 2015. Richard was born in Detroit, Michigan to Nicholas and Stella Grega (Kolton) on August 13, 1935 and received his education in the Detroit Public School System. He earning his diploma in 1953.

After his honorable discharge from the United States Army, Richard would be employed by Chrysler Automotive where he would later retire from.

Richard was a man of great faith and enjoyed attending services at Assumption Grotto Catholic Church in Detroit. In his free time, Richard was an avid reader, history buff and was always up for a good game of Dominoes. If he wasn't at home, you could find Richard dining out at his favorite restaurants; Luciano's and The Brewery.

Richard is survived by his sister, Felicia (James) Camponi; nephews, Mark, Derek, Kurt (Bonnie), Brent Camponi; niece, Marla (Grant LaFaive) Camponi; great-nephews, Kyle and James; great-nieces, Lauren, Robin and many extended loved ones and friends.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas and Stella Grega.

He will be dearly missed.
