Charles Turner Lock, age 96, passed away July 2, 2014. He was born the year the United States entered the first World War, on October 20, 1917, to George and Eva (Lane) Lock in Dyer County, Tennessee. He married Essie Mae Stokes in 1938 and the couple had two sons, Larry and Robert. Mr. Lock worked in the skilled trades group of the pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Lock is survived by his son, Larry (Linda), his daughter-in-law, Angie Lock and his grandchildren: Kerry (Reta) Lock, Robin (Dave) Huntley, Rena (Brian) Lancaster, Shannon (Mark) Dunneback, Rachelle (Darren) Lines and Ryan (Suzette) Lock. In addition, he is survived by 12 great-grandchildren: Alyssa, Kyle, Collin, Shelbie, Savannah, Amber, Jacob, Jason, Blake, Delanie, Evelyn and Eric.

Mr. Lock was predeceased by his wife, Mae and his son, Robert.
